Mr. Ian Robinson - President and COO of BlueConduit, chairs AWWA’s Lead and Copper subcommittee. Over the past six years, Mr. Robinson has worked with utilities across the country to use predictive modeling and statistical analysis approaches to find and replace lead service lines. During that time, he has also partnered with the Rockefeller Foundation, Google.org, Kresge Foundation, and the Natural Resources Defense Council to bring BlueConduit’s solutions to under-resourced communities. He co-authored a white paper on data science for LSL replacement with the Association of State Drinking Water Administrators (ASDWA).
