This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes and governs the information collection, use, and sharing practices of Blue Conduit and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and divisions as may change from time to time (“BlueConduit”), with respect to our websites, mobile applications, and other digital and interactive services (if any) that link to this Privacy Policy (together, the “Services”).

Please note that this Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through the Services and not to information you may provide to any third-party sites to which BlueConduit may link, except as expressly provided herein. In those instances, the product-specific privacy policy shall apply to that online service.

Information we collect

We collect information in multiple ways, including when you provide information directly to us, and when we passively collect information from you, such as from your browser or device.

Information specifically provided by you, includes your name, email address, physical address, login username, password, or other information that you voluntarily share with us through the following:

  • Registering for an account
  • Subscribing to receive our newsletters
  • Completing a survey or providing us with feedback
  • Communicating with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise
  • Reporting an issue with our website

You do not have an obligation to provide us with your information; however, if you do not provide us with your information, we may not be able to provide you with the Services you have requested or you may be limited in your use of our Services.

Information automatically or passively collected includes the following:

Device and usage information: We may automatically collect certain information about the computer or devices you use to access the Site or our Apps. Our computer servers are currently based in the United States (“US”), so your personal data will be processed by us in the US where data protection and privacy regulations may not offer the same level of protection as in other parts of the world, such as the European Union (“EU”). Disclosing Your Information
