2024 in review: what our partners appreciate most about BlueConduit

The end of the year always makes us reflect on what we’ve accomplished and what we’re grateful for. At BlueConduit, we’re incredibly grateful for our wonderful customers, partners, and team members. Take a look at what they’re most grateful for at the end of 2024.

“I am grateful for the help BlueConduit provided to [Des Moines Water Works] in creating our initial inventory and reducing our unknowns by over 50%. The BlueConduit team was dedicated to our needs, responding quickly to our questions, offering reassurance when problems were encountered, and treating us like family throughout the entire process.” – Jennifer Puffer, Director of Water Distribution at Des Moines Water Works

“I am grateful for the positive attitudes and relationships we developed with [the BlueConduit team] as they patiently and collaboratively worked with us to sift through the many technical hurdles we faced in completing our LSL Inventory.” – Jamey Bontrager-Singer, Utilities City Engineer at Goshen, Indiana.

“At the end of 2024, I’m grateful that Scotts Valley Water District was able to leverage machine learning with BlueConduit to complete our initial lead service line inventory before the October 16, 2024 deadline. I’m also grateful that no lead service lines were identified in the initial inventory in the Scotts Valley Water District, as this delivering sustainable high quality water service in an environmentally responsible and financially sound manner is our mission.” – Nate Gillespie, Operations Manager at Scotts Valley Water District.

“We are grateful this year for the relationship we developed with BlueConduit staff. We continue to be thankful for our collaboration with their team built on great communication. It has allowed us to navigate, build, and ultimately submit our Lead Service Line Inventory for full compliance.” – City of Manhattan staff.

“Approaching the end of 2024, I’m grateful for our team of professionals that completed 44 LSL Inventories in MA, RI, and CT. An extension of our team included BlueConduit, who’s technical skills and professionalism helped achieve favorable results for several systems. I look forward to more collaboration with Blue Conduit in 2025.” – Nathaniel Norton, Technical Director – GIS at Tighe & Bond.
