Shamaly’s addition brings more than 20 years of software engineering and leadership experience to BlueConduit and accelerates the company’s ability to develop AI and predictive modeling technology for water systems and their engineering firm partners.
Over the past two decades, Shamaly has led high-performing software engineering teams and delivered numerous successful product initiatives in highly regulated spaces including infrastructure, healthcare, and finance. His background includes designing and implementing scalable software solutions, growing contextually aware teams, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

In his role as VP of Engineering, Shamaly will focus on bringing new software to market and creating and overseeing a team of engineers.
