Why did you join BlueConduit?
I come from a marginalized community in Denver, CO. The negative impact that marginalized community residents have to live with on a daily basis can be very frustrating and dis-heartening. BlueConduit has addressed a major issue in our communities when it comes to drinking water, that was an important factor for me personally. Not to mention the BlueConduit team was awesome when discussions were had about the great opportunity at BlueConduit.
What professional experience and expertise do you bring to BlueConduit?
25+ years of assembling and developing high performing sales teams, developing and implementing strategy designed to take full advantage of business opportunities within the marketplace. Areas of expertise include Infrastructure Asset Management from a State/Local/Federal level and converting/onboarding/introducing International Business platforms to the North American marketplace.
What does a day in the life of BlueConduit’s Chief Commercial Officer look like?
All things sales, including:
- Strategizing and prioritizing BlueConduit’s business goal initiatives
- Go-To-Market planning
- Channel Partner engagement planning
- Product research and enhancements to assist BC’s drive to gain market share
- Understanding and planning Market/Industry business drivers
- Assisting my Sales Team in anyway possible to ensure BlueConduit’s success
What work accomplishments are you most proud of and what goals have you prioritized for this year?
Extremely proud of the work/successes I was involved in at Siemens Smart Infrastructure this year. The goal for me is to replicate those successes here at BlueConduit and eventually surpass those goals and successes in 2023!
How do you spend your time outside of work?
I always look forward to spending time with my family, traveling and I love to cook. I started learning my mother and grandmother’s recipes at the age of 10 years old, and have been cooking ever since.
