Why did you join BlueConduit?
BlueConduit is the epitome of creating what’s next. It’s a company that reflects innovation, creativity, and accuracy. My colleague, at a previous job, recommended me for this opportunity, and after intensive research, I KNEW I had to be a part of this team!
What professional experience and expertise do you bring to BlueConduit?
I have a real passion for serving and creating. Early in my career, I learned not to sit in the problem—but to focus on finding the solution. To me, a “no” is just an opportunity to push a little harder until it turns into the right “yes.”
Business development is where I get to blend creativity and persistence, and since I’m someone who’s always focused on growth, my experience has helped strengthen my leadership, accountability, and follow-through. All of that allows me to show up as a dependable, motivated team player every day.
What does a day in the life of BlueConduit’s Business Development Representative look like?
A day in the life at BlueConduit is genuinely fun. We’re a team that truly trusts each other and our ability to build a product our customers find real value (and safety) in. We stay in constant communication, which makes a huge difference because we’re always aligned. Whether we’re prospecting accounts, digging into research, talking strategy or policy, or deepening our product knowledge, I’m always having a good time working alongside this team.
What work accomplishments are you most proud of and what goals have you prioritized for this year?
I’ve only been here for a quarter, and I’ve already surpassed my targets and yearly goals. Having such an incredible team—across data science, policy, business development, and product—has made my process both fluid and informative. My drive to deliver results that make my team proud is a direct reflection of the leadership I get to learn from every day.
How do you spend your time outside of work?
Outside of work, I act and do theater. I love staying active, whether that’s a dance class, Pilates, yoga, or time at the gym. I’m also a big fan of reading and writing whenever I can.
